INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Truvia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup Lily's chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, cream together butter and Truvia.
2. Add egg and mix.
3. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Drop by heaped tablespoons onto a Silpat and baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-15 minutes until done.
*Side note: When I first made these, I took them out of the oven and the sides were really brown and the inside was still very liquid. I let them sit out overnight and the next day they were perfect!
