Grapefruit Jalapeño Margaritas

Cinco De Mayo is tomorrow..
What a great excuse for some tacos and tequila!

If you have had the pleasure of meeting my alter-ego, Cinnamon, you will know that tequila makes her
come right on out!

The great thing about this recipe, is that you can tone the heat of the margarita up or down depending
on the level of spicy that you prefer.
(I like it hot!)

Ingredients
2 ounces silver tequila
2 ounces grapefruit
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce triple sec
1/2 ounce agave
Jalapeño
Kosher salt
Lime wedge

Directions
1. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec, agave, and desired jalapeño slices (I use 3, but add less depending on how hot you want your margarita), into a shaker with ice. Shake.
2. Use the lime wedge to wet the rim of a glass. Place salt on a plate, and swirl the rim of the cup in the salt.
3. Add ice to glass. Strain cocktail mixture into glass. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and lime wedge. Enjoy!

Have a safe and happy Cinco De Mayo!
